Welcome to Presence in Practice

Created by a lawyer, for lawyers, Presence in Practice's Founder, Colin Haley, spent a decade and a half in a rewarding and successful career as a practicing lawyer - both in private practice and in-house. With a deep appreciation for the critical importance of good lawyers in society and a knack for helping other lawyers be their best in practice, Colin retired from practice in 2023 to make his sole focus helping as many lawyers as possible to bring more thought, purpose, presence, and ultimately peace and effectiveness to their practices. It is his honor and privilege to sit with lawyers a variety of practice settings and career stages to provide thoughtful, helpful, and completely confidential coaching to help them be their best and most present professional selves.
